Meet Melisa Lovely

Leadership Coach - Speaker - Army Leader-Founder of The Lovely Standard™️

For more than two decades, I’ve led Soldiers, coached teams, and helped people grow through challenge, change and uncertainty. Those experiences taught me that lasting confidence, leadership, and resilience aren’t qualities you’re simply born with, they’re skills you can build.

I also know what it feels like to rebuild your life after dissapointment, setbacks, and seasons of that test everything you believe about yourself. Through military service, motherhood, leadership, and my own personal transformation, I discovered that raising your standards changes every area of your life.

Today I help women strengthen their mindset, communicate with confidence, lead with purpose, and create lives that reflect the standards they deserve. Whether I’m speaking to an audience, leading a workshop or coaching women one on one, my mission is the same.

To help women become more confident, more courageous, and more intentional so they can build the life they were created to live.
